About Us
We are a non-profitable and non-political organization providing support to lives; spiritually, mentally, physically and socially.
Peculiar Women of Destiny International is a non- Governmental Organisation that engages in strong advocacy on gender equality and social inclusion issues among state and non-state actors, championing women empowerment through skill development and support, raising awareness on the dignity of the girl child aimed at mitigating SGBV cases especially as it affects women and girls.
We are working to achieve social justice, access to education for vulnerable and less privileged children especially in rural communities, as well as poverty eradication through technical training and skill acquisition.
Lastly we work at improving access to affordable healthcare for women and children, reducing maternal and child mortality in Nigeria especially in rural communities.
At PWODI our work cuts across these groups: women and girls, children, Persons Living with disabilities (PWDs), trafficked victims, SGBV Survivors, the Elderly and other vulnerable members of the society.
We therefore seek to engage key stakeholders, both state and non-state actors to deliver key changes in women and child rights, education, health and economic empowerment.
