About PWODI
Peculiar Women of Destiny International is a non- Governmental Organisation that engages in strong advocacy on gender equality and social inclusion issues among state and non-state actors, championing women empowerment through skill development and support, raising awareness on the dignity of the girl child aimed at mitigating SGBV cases especially as it affects women and girls.

our ULTIMATE GOAL, which is to build and have an African Village that contains all it takes to live optimum life in our community and society at large. We have objectives to achieving these goals.
Our Objectives
- Works to find and achieve long lasting healing and reconciliatory process between parents and their African Immigrants Children and Youths.
- Provide African Community Center for programs and services.
- We will create awareness of the program to the community by talking to people one on one, print handouts, flyers and poster, advertising the program in the media. Organize TV programs and interviews.
Girls Empowerment
The challenges that face our young girls today is enormous, some Nigerian young girls graduate from public high school, but with no prospects for jobs or further education, they end up working and living on the streets in large numbers.
After a year, about 70% of people are at risk of: becoming single mothers, contracting HIV/AIDS, becoming victims of sex trafficking, or dying as a result of botched abortions are all possibilities.
